Alexandria is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist specializing in whole foods, (mostly) plant-based, & gluten free nutrition, digestive health, weight management, adrenal fatigue, food allergies, & cardiovascular issues. She created Come Health or High Water to help empower your journey back to health & vitality. 

She is passionate about dispelling nutrition myths & discovering the truth about the power of food on our health. Currently, she works with individuals, businesses, and nonprofits to develop & teach nutrition programs.

Practice & Certifications

Alexandria holds a bachelor’s degree from Wellesley College and is a Certified Nutrition Consultant from Bauman College.

Alexandria specializes in helping clients resolve concerns around many types of issues including:

  • General digestive disorders such as IBS, constipation, diarrhea, bloating and gas
  • Blood sugar regulation issues such as hypoglycemia, Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes
  • Sleep disorders
  • Cardiovascular disease, high cholesterol
  • Increasing and stabilizing energy levels throughout the day
  • Food allergies, sensitivities and intolerances

Chef Stephen Thorlton

Stephen is an accomplished chef with over 15 years of professional experience.

Born & raised in New England, Stephen gained a strong appreciation for quality, sustainable, & seasonal ingredients at an early age.

Since graduating from Johnson & Wales University, he has helped run the kitchens of some of the most respected restaurants in the US including Blue Hill at Stone Barns in Pocantico Hills, NY; Ubuntu Restaurant in Napa, CA; & most recently, the Michelin starred & James Beard Award-winning State Bird Provisions in San Francisco, CA.
